We have now been in our new home for 2 months. It is a pleasure to live in the delightful home you have built for us. Your attention to detail at the design stage has been appreciated and we are all now benefiting from that work. The work completed by the trades people you select has been completed to our satisfaction and everything works a treat. We also found the trades people that we met during the construction phase very accommodating and personable. They made the process very pleasant. We have hosted a number of house guests since moving in and the feed back has been very positive. The general consensus is that you have built us a great house. Thanks again for your efforts. The building site was organised, clean and strictly managed at all times, and the project progressed according to the schedule, without any fuss or complications. On one occassion, when builidng works fell behind schedule by just a few days, due to the public holidays and weather, I was very impressed by how I was notified in writing and kept up-to-date with any changes to the time frame. It is with the greatest pleasure that I offer myself as a referee for the Co-Proprietors of Bargo Colonial Cottages Pty Ltd, Mr Andrew and Mrs Samantha Goshi. I have had with them one of the most important close business relationships that most people experience in their lifetime, namely in negotiating the building of their dream-home. Late in 2002, having purchased a vacant building block at Bowral (address withheld) my wife and I began inquiries in our local area for a suitable building company. It did not take long for us to narrow the decision: the obious choice was Bargo Colonial. The principal reason for our decision: it was the only building organisation (apart from much more costly individual builders) that would agree to make extensive variations to any of their house plans in order to meet our requirements. It has been some time now since Joy and I moved into our new "Bargo Colonial Cottage" and I am writing to thank you and your tem for the high level of quality and advice and professional workmanship that went into making our new home. Living in a rural area on a windy hill on the outskirts of Robertson, we were initially very concerned that whatever was built would withstand the sometimes harsh weather conditions we experience. The house has more than met our expectations, proven to be "rock solid" and very comfortable no matter what the elements throw at us. Many of our friends and visitors comment on how well the house fits into the rural environment and the lifestyle of the Southern Highlands. We very proudly point out the unique features of our home which were included at the design stage when discussing and agreeing the final design with your team. Special thanks for this must go to Deborah for her very constructive suggestions, help and advice. The numerous tradespeople who worked on our home - brickies, carpenters, tilers, painters, etc., were of the highest calibre and thanks to your professional overseeing of their work it all went smoothly and according to plan.
